These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and utilization of the Glydrs web infrastructure and operational services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “User”) and Glydrs LLC (the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”).
By accessing this web infrastructure or submitting an execution brief, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these corporate terms.
1. Master Agreement and Scope
The Glydrs web infrastructure is designed to facilitate high-volume corporate film, regional logistics, and global e-learning deployments. The materials provided on this site are for informational and operational routing purposes only. Accessing this site does not constitute a formalized agency-client relationship until a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) has been countersigned by both parties.
2. Execution Briefs and Statements of Work (SOW)
Submitting project parameters through our digital forms constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an execution inquiry.
- We reserve the right to decline any project brief that does not align with our operational bandwidth, minimum budget thresholds, or regional logistics capabilities.
- All binding timelines, deliverables, and financial obligations will be strictly governed by a standalone Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) negotiated outside of this web infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership
A. Site Infrastructure
All original content, architectural design, structural layouts, and branding assets on www.glydrs.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Glydrs LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution of this site’s code or visual assets is strictly prohibited.
B. Execution Deliverables
Unless explicitly altered in a signed SOW, Glydrs LLC retains full ownership of all raw production files, working project files, unedited footage, and proprietary operational templates. The Client is granted an exclusive, perpetual license to the final, rendered deliverables only upon the complete clearance of all financial invoices.
4. Enterprise Confidentiality
We recognize the highly sensitive nature of corporate training curriculums, industrial film deployments, and internal HR communications. Information submitted through our secured web forms is treated with strict confidentiality. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) submitted by the Client will be reviewed and executed prior to the commencement of deep-scope discovery calls.
5. Financial Terms and Disbursements
Budget tiers selected via our web infrastructure are preliminary estimates used for operational routing. Final financial commitments are dictated exclusively by the localized SOW. Glydrs LLC reserves the right to withhold final digital deliverables, SCORM files, or broadcast masters until all associated milestone invoices are settled in full.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Glydrs LLC, its directors, employees, or regional partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of our web infrastructure or the delay/inability to utilize our digital services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the specific Glydrs operational hub (Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or the United States) is executing the contracted SOW, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Policy Revisions
Glydrs LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect updated operational or legal protocols. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
